Tom Hinkle and Hinkle Farms have consigned horses to every major Kentucky auction over the past 30 years. Our sales division is an integral part of our full service operation. It all begins at the farm in raising quality horses that are suitable for racing and sales. Recent Hinkle Farms sales graduates include Multiple Graded Stakes winner Puxa Saco for $875,000 and Grade 2 winner Bank Audit for $600,000. We have also sold the winners of such influential races as the Gamely H. (G1), Clement Hirsh H. (G1), Saratoga Special (G2), Matchmaker (G2), Distaff BC H. (G2), Genuine Risk H. (G2), etc. Our record for raising and selling first class thoroughbreds continues to this day.

We typically sell at Keeneland in January, September and November and sell at Fasig-Tipton in July and November.
