In his first start since November, Current kicked off the 2019 season in the Dania Beach S. at Gulfstream Park on 2/3/19. He overcame a bumpy start to finish 3rd, boosting his record to 2-0-2 in 6 starts.

The 3YO colt was bred, raised, and sold by Hinkle Farms. He is 1/2 sister to GI winner Weep No More.
