After posting some sharp morning works earlier in the summer Prince Pierce proved he was no morning glory when he ran to an 8 1/2 length victory at Prairie Meadows on 7/26/18.  Going 5/12 furlongs on the dirt, the 2YO colt by freshman sire Cairo Prince was fourth coming out of the gate and had taken the lead at the 1/2 pole before opening up by a wide margin in the stretch and pulling away under a hand ride.

Prince Pierce was bred, raised and sold by Hinkle Farms.  He is the second foal out of Nathan's Mom Becky (Wildcat Heir).
