Successful Hinkle Farms-bred Ginobili (4g o/o Find The Humor) earned a Grade 1 placing in Saturday’s G1 Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile when closing strongly down the Del Mar stretch.

Racing a mile on the dirt, Ginobili was never far from the pacesetting Life Is Good when racing just about two lengths behind that one. He advanced his position from fifth to second in the turn and proved to be the second strongest of the runners with a good second place finish.

Ginobili was earning his sixth top three finish in the race and his third graded stakes placing. The Munnings son was purchased for $35,000 by trainer Richard Baltas from Hinkle Farms at the 2018 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
