Shivaji, a hard-knocking 6YO horse by First Samurai out of Indian Bay, secured his 6th lifetime win in the G3 Silk Road S. at Chukyo on 1/31/21 going 1200m on the turf. He prevailed by 1 1/4 lengths. This recent victory marked the chestnut's first stakes win.

Shivaji now has earnings of ¥39,644,000 and a record of 22-6-5-3. He has six wins on the dirt and two on the turf. 

Shivaji was bred, raised, and sold by Hinkle Farms.
