In her 2nd lifetime start, Tarabi (2YO filly out of Indian Bay) took a huge leap up in class in the G1 Spinaway S. at Saratoga on 9.5.21. Breaking from the rail, she had difficult start and smashed into the gate, but the chestnut filly recovered well and settled just off the pace along the inside. Coming through the turn she angled out, chasing eventual winner Echo Zulu to finish a clear second.

Tarabi has a record of 1-1-0 in 2 lifetime starts. She is the full-sister to the Japanese G3 winner Shivaji. She, along with her dam, Indian Bay, and 2nd dam, Buy The Barrel, were bred and raised by Hinkle Farms in Paris, KY.
